yelp.’s Perth Elite Squad were treated to an enchanting taste of Italy with cucumber, lime and orange mocktails on arrival followed by Italian breakfast classics with a modern twist like Ingordo (Italian toast, banana, caramelised banana, hazelnut praline semifreddo) and Eggs Al Forno (baked eggs, spinach, borlotti beans, pecorino, smoked pancetta, sourdough).
