The Yelp Rochester Elites got their hands dirty as they learned how to roll their own sushi rolls with Bamboo Panda Catering Co at Rochester Brainery. The sushi rolling lessons were taught by Chef Kimberly Roth, who recently earned the top 5 spot in season 16 of Hell’s Kitchen. The Elites tasted an array of her sushi from eel to tuna rolls before diving into rolling their own. First, Chef Kim provided an entertaining lesson, including helpful tips for making sushi at home. Then, the guests attempted their own versions of the California roll. The hands-on experience made for an entertaining Sunday evening for the adventurous ROC Yelpers.
