Bistronomy B2B, one of Albuquerque’s major burger bistros, also flaunts ten Vegan and Vegetarian burger options (perhaps the largest selection on the planet), and on a gorgeous Monday evening in June they invited a select group of Yelp Elites to taste the rainbow. From Black Bean and Lentil to spicy Jackfruit and Mushroom Nirvana, the crowd was wowed and completely stuffed, washing everything down with their choice of craft brew, wine or signature cocktail.
