On Monday, February 24th, Greater Houston Elites made way toKlaus Brewing Company, est 2018, to get acquainted with their German-style beers, meet owner and head brewmaster Thomas Lemke, and embark on a brewery tour. “My favorite beer of the night was the Dirndl Dropper,” says Yelp Elite Elisa M. “It was light but flavorful and not too hoppy.”
Also on site wasPinTXo Locofood cart and catering serving up a special Yelp menu: Pineapple Chicken Rose Tacos, Spanish Gringa (certified angus beef) tacos, and Gulf Shrimp Beer tacos paired with their house-made bourbon jalapeñosauce, along with dessert to sweeten the palate.
