Thirty Elites and their guests were wined and dined Sicilian-style at Carrabba’s Italian Grill in Metairie this past Tuesday. Managing Partner Kyle Barnett gave our Yelp community a taste of his monthly Wine Dinners wowing folks with made-from-scratch dishes including Rigatoni Campagnola and Lobster Ravioli paired perfectly with wines picked specifically to complement each dish. Guests gave the dishwasher the night-off, cleaning their plates from Mozzarella Marinara paired with bubbly Prosecco to Mini Cannolis paired with a medium-bodied Pinot Noir. And if the icing on the Sogno di Cioccolata “Chocolate Dream” wasn’t enough, each guest received a gift card to return with their “amicis”.
