On Wednesday, December 18thYelp Elites celebrated the holidays with an ugly sweater fiesta at Los Sombreros Uptown, their newest location in Phoenix. The restaurant decorated their gorgeous patio head to toe in festive decor, including a mini photo booth. Elites came rolling in, repping their ugliest of holiday sweaters and began mingling with each other while voting on each other’s getups and sipping on refreshing margaritas!
As guests settled in, the Los Sombreros team brought out tasty appetizers consisting of huge bowls of chips, homemade salsa, guacamole, and fresh ceviche. Yum! Soon after that, the buffet was ready to rock with their signature fig and panela salad, rice, beans, and their house favorites: puerco en chipotle, and pollo con espinacas. After attendees indulged in this delectable feast, they ended the night on a sweet note with their house made churros and ice cream. Does it get any better than that?
Last but certainly not least, our ugly holiday sweater winners were announced and all guests were sent home with an adorable gift box from Los Sombreros to remember this remarkable evening.
