The first course offered choice of tuna tataki, yellowtail sashimi, charred heirloom tomato salad, or mizuna salad; second course offered choice of prime New York strip steak, salmon teriyaki, mis marinated black cod skewers, 6 piece sashimi set, or dice sashimi over rice – all served with miso soup and rice. “The salmon was one of the few things on the menu that I hadn’t tried so I went for that.
