Yelp Fort Worth loves the Mid-Cities and they’re celebrating all year long! Most recently, Fort Worth Elites partied in Bedford at Wood & Grain Bistro, a newly opened fast-casual breakfast and lunch spot with a menu and ambiance that feels more like downtown than suburbia. Every table top was hand-built by owner and chef Bee Vang, who runs the restaurant with his wife and partner, Nancy. Together they’ve created an incredible local brunch destination in Bedford, bringing a little something extra to the Mid-Cities with locally sourced ingredients and a neighborhood bistro feeling.
Fort Worth Elites were lucky enough to be invited to an after-hours experience where they enjoyed favorites from Wood & Grain’s carefully crafted menu, including glistening chicken and waffles, breakfast potatoes, enormous house-made thyme biscuits served with a jalapeño cheddar gravy, the most gorgeous and gigantic Cobb salad known to humankind, and the signature WG burger presented in slider form. Plus, bottomless mimosas! Wood & Grain does not currently have alcohol on their menu but is in the process of getting a beer & wine license, so stay tuned!
