Omaha’s Yelp Elite Squad got a behind-the-scences look at Nebraska Brewing Company’s tap room and brewery. After a tour of the brewery–which featured samples of aged beer directly from the barrel–NBC’s Cicerone certified brewer Mitchell Elmblad led the group on a tasting of four beers, ranging from the debut of their pilsner to their award-winning Melange a Trois.
