Beef Noodle Soup Tasting and Pineapple Cake Making at Neverland Noodle Bar

星期日晚上,台北的菁英在位於南港的梦幻岛知道了dle Bar有機會從四種不同的麵條以及三種不同的湯頭做晚餐的搭配:有用六種中藥材燉煮7小時的紅燒牛肉麵的湯頭、採用六種中藥材燉煮8小時的清燉牛肉麵,以及以健康養生為主題,搭配上豐富的蔬菜的健康蔬菜麵。整晚的活動從鳳梨酥的餅皮以及麵條皆採用嘉禾牌,也是Neverland自家的麵粉。烘培部門的主廚、品管部的烘培部主廚還有行銷部副理都特別做產品介紹,讓大家更深入的了解麵粉的製造過程。當晚各位菁英也在主廚的指導下動手體驗製作鳳梨酥!最後,因為即將過中秋節所以特別抽獎送出一組月餅禮盒。請至這裡閱讀活動的評論,也可以在我們的Flickr看到更多精彩的活動照片。

梦幻岛知道了dle Bar

On Sunday night, Taipei elites got together at梦幻岛知道了dle Barwhere they chose their choice of soup broth and noodles for dinner: the Classic Beef Noodle Soup that uses 6 types of Chinese herbs to braise for 7 hours, the Clear Broth Beef Noodle Soup braised for 8 hours in Chinese herbs, and a vegetarian option where the vegetable broth is paired with fruits. All 4 types of noodles (angel hair, thin, thick, fettuccine) and the dough used for the pineapple cakes are from Neverland's own mills, CHT Mills. The head chef of the bakery, the quality control of the bakery department, and the marketing manager shared some knowledge of the flour industry with the elites. The elites also got to experience the process of making their own pineapple cake. To wrap up the evening, we raffled off a box of moon cakes.
